Orbita residential complex includes four buildings with 17 to 24 floors. The buildings are erected using the brick-monolithic construction technology, having curtain wall systems faced with ceramic granite.
The project provides for 2,500 apartments, from studios to four-room flats. Ceiling height in the apartments is 2.8 meters. Metal-plastic windows with energy-saving double glass panes will protect the house interior from noise and contribute to thermal stability. Each doorway is equipped with a noiseless express lift, reception, and video surveillance.
The construction was started in 2010 and completed in 2012.
